How The Matrix Health works

A modern, evidence-based path to weight loss care — delivered entirely online, with the same standard of care you'd expect in a clinic.

  1. Step 1

    Eligibility check

    Tell us about your goals, medical history, and current medications. Our intake takes about 5 minutes and is reviewed by a clinician before your visit.

  2. Step 2

    Telehealth consultation

    Meet your licensed clinician by secure video. They'll review your history, discuss treatment options, and determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate.

  3. Step 3

    Prescription & delivery

    If clinically appropriate, your prescription is sent to a partner pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your door — usually within a few business days.

  4. Step 4

    Ongoing follow-up

    Regular check-ins with your clinician to monitor progress, manage side effects, and adjust dosing. Most patients meet monthly during their first 90 days.
