By using this website or booking an appointment with The Matrix Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. Please note that our services are not for medical emergencies — if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. For after-hours non-urgent concerns, please contact your family doctor or a walk-in clinic.

All healthcare providers on our platform are independent, licensed professionals, and The Matrix Health is not liable for their independent clinical decisions. As a user, you agree to provide accurate health information, follow treatment plans, and use the platform respectfully.

Appointments are booked online, and payment is required at the time of service. All fees are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; late cancellations may incur a fee. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
